Hello, my name is Kaylan. I was born on the 12th of July 2003. My mother is from Spain, my father is from Holland yet my brother and I were both born in the UK. I learnt how to ski when I was only 2 and a half years old, with a helmet and a dummy in my mouth. Ever since then, I have loved everything about skiing.

 

I started ski race training with the Serfaus, Fiss, Ladis ski team in South Tirol at the age of 6, yet never did my first race until I was 8. The first British ski club I went to was Kandahar which gave me the opportunity to race in the UK. After 2 years at Kandahar, I moved to my current ski team ; Ambition Racing. And in 2017, I raced for team GB at the 'ski inter kriterium', an international set of races in the Czech Republic
